First Hooray! Great work

Description is not clear, what actually is implemented. You should say: add Embedded Explorer View that is locked to be sync with Package Explorer.

Is it possible to embed context menu?

What exatcly do you mean by embed context menu? You can open the context menu with a right click...

I would like to have that for right click inside Project Explorer or Package Explorer. e.g. inside Explorer submenu. Could it be easy/feasible?

There is http://timealias.bplaced.net/ContextMenuPlugin/ - but it is comercial / closed source. In the the FAQ, under why is it not free? the author says "...sent me proof-of-concept exploit and hardening was too time consuming to give it away for free."

I think I'm not going to go that way ;-)
