Major changes:

  1. Created Docker image
  2. Added conda and docker instructions to readme.
  3. Added genbank input option (-g) to annotate_rm.

Minor Changes:

  1. Removed dependency tests
  2. Removed extra LICENSE file
  3. Added pytest to requirements
