Probably multiple features:

[ ] TypeStruct wrapping all supported type expressions.
- Perhaps not all supported code though? Generic type expressions are different?
[ ] Dispatch algorithm for MultiMethod.
Other algorithms for type solving, etc?

This try was based around a single TypeStruct object. That did not work out. Need to try again with the idiom of types are values.
