Initial Event data load #80

To start the project with Culture Mauricie @tammy-culture would like us to start with the Amphithéâtre Cogeco API and load it into the CMS as soon as possible so she can work with them to setup their calendar.

I propose we code a solution for this, and then replace it with the mapping language once it is available in https://github.com/culturecreates/footlight-aggregator/issues/72

@sahalali One idea is to load the JSON into a spreadsheet and upload using the bulk upload feature in Footlight Admin. That would be sufficient for Tammy to have real events to start configuring. What do you think?

@sahalali Looks like the wrong website was loaded. The events are from Tourisme instead of Cogeco. @tammy-culture is OK with this.
