Add Safari on MAcOS to the list of browsers used in regression tests #1290

Right now, the macOS/Safari combination has not been vetted in the regression tests. Support for Safari (WebKit) is deemed "experimental" by Cypress, so there may be issues to be checked as some tests may fail only on that platform (browser idiosyncracies, as Cypress actually runs in the browser, not in its simulation).

Please prioritize :)

@kmdvs will it be you that works on this one? I set the priority to medium meaning that we can get the tests up and running first and then tackle safari. The main thing is to get the tests going and functioning well before we add more complexity.

Yes, it will be me, since that work is on the Cypress tests and framework.
