@none tag not appearing in edit screens in PRODUCTION #1318

@SyamBabu-M @sahalali I am opening this issue as it doesn't seem to have been deployed to PRODUCTION yet. It was part of #1187

I see the @none tag in STAGING, but i don't see it in PRODUCTION. I think it still needs to be deployed to PRODUCTION.

Expected behaviour: The @none tag should be displayed on the edit screen for entities that have text with no language literal associated. It is there in STAGING but it is not displayed in PRODUCTION.
