Some reports in Swagger UI are failing for person and event entities

In my tests:

Signe Laval (63457978637093005071a053)

• event reprot fails when start date is 2024-07-01 or earlier (definitely suceeds with start date is 2024-08-01)
• Person report fails when start date is 2023-08-01 or earlier.

Tout Culture (6308ef4a7f771f00431d939a)

• person report is also failing for Tout Culture when start date is 2023-07-01.

ArtscultureNB (65eeaf8ebec01b0064312f94)

• EVENT report also fails when set to 2024-07-01 but works when start date is set to 2024-08-01

DICI, Tourism Mauricie and Artbi calendar reports all seem okay? Maybe double check
