Content filters functionality

QUESTION that arose during my tests of https://github.com/culturecreates/tech-support-tickets/issues/102

When I added the orgs and people shown in the screenshot (when testing the Tout Culture listing in this PR ):

• the preview only displayed this event.
• This event is the only event in the database that was organized by Salle Odyssee.
• The other Content Filters shown in the screenshots are not related to this event.

So the way the content filters work is that results will include any and all events that are related to, some, or all the content filters. To be explored: Is this what we want?
