Read only view fixes #231

As discussed, please also add the read only view. Right now we see this (example)

Do layout as follows:

Title: Dates

subtitle matches the type: Single date; Date range; Multiple dates - Daily

If Multiple dates, display frequency: Daily; Weekly; Custom. this could be on the same line as Multiple dates, maybe something like this: "Multiple dates - Daily"

Display date range; if Multiple dates, display number of occurrences

All types that are NOT Custom recurring events: display Start time ; End time

If Weekly (multiple dates): display Days (and display selected days)

Display Status

Hope this is clear.

Tested Staging on Chrome using my guest account. Tested all types of events: PASSED
