Tried to add an artist and after saving i had this message

@sahalali Signe Laval admin tried to add an artist. After saving she got this error message (also when she went back to the event, she couldn't access the EVENT and still got that message)

@sahalali @MaudeFJ FYI: the event link is broken for me; the artist link works. I put them both in the description of this issue.

The problem occurred because of a glitch in the backend, but it has been resolved now.
