Move user documentation from README to wiki #11

Remove user documentation from README, link to new wiki instead (https://github.com/culturegraph/metafacture-ide/wiki).

Pascal, could you also review the wiki pages, in particular the developer guide (https://github.com/culturegraph/metafacture-ide/wiki/Developer-Guide)?

Nice documentation. Built and tested the linux "product" - works fine. The only irritation is that eclipse complains about the pom.xml “Plugin execution not covered by lifecycle configuration”, but then an cmd "mvn install" works fine.

Ah, thanks - I forgot the required m2e connectors. Added instructions on installing them via quick fix: https://github.com/culturegraph/metafacture-ide/wiki/Developer-Guide#eclipse-setup
