Update dependencies, fix Zest integration and Travis timeout #37

Some build tweaks:

update to Eclipse 4.3, Tycho 0.19, replace fornax dependency
switch include mode from planner to slicer to fix Zest integration

Also fixes the build timeouts in Travis.
