Replace Fabric API Key #112

The Fabric API key is in source control from before we removed the key, so before making the repo public, we need to:

  1. Create a new Fabric organization
  2. Replace API keys with that organization's keys
  3. Switch any Fabric services over to the new organization
  4. Delete the old Fabric organization, invalidating its keys
