language Drop down list is case sensitive #247

Other tab, add/edit new work. Adding languages to new work are good, except the drop down list is case sensitive (e.g. German not german), and we’d prefer it were not to help quick entry. Apart from this it’s great as you either use the name of the language or the three-ISO-code, and this is good.

@mirandalewis, I will make the dropdown list support case insensitive, and it should be support search by name or code
