Wild card searching needs to be possible #261

many of the search boxes in Search Works, I need to be able to do wild card searching,

for e.g. in the manifestation search field, I need to search ‘Rawl%76%C%92’ to bring up both ‘Rawlinson Letters 76C, fol. 92r’ and ‘MS Rawl. letters 76c fols. 92-93’. This is especially important when working to identify matching records.

I think this is a case of won't fix

Searching with the contains lookup in the manifestation field is the equivalent of literal wildcard searching.
