Linux? #4

Hi,

The README states that Linux uses should "double click" on a file called "run" in the ImageJ folder. I would be glad to do that, but there is no such file in the ImageJ folder.

Okay. @zachwhalen : try java -jar ij.jar I think it launches the tool. If I can reproduce this I'll make a pull request on the docs.

Note that the recommended way to run ImageJ is by using the Fiji distribution. See also https://imagej.net/Downloads Rather than trying to document ImageJ installation on its own, this project should better link to the up-to-date instructions on imagej.net
