WindiCSS support #146

WindiCSS has same syntax as Tailwind, so maybe you could add support for it too?

WindiCSS has several custom variants that can't be known unless analyzing the windi.config.js file. https://windicss.org/utilities/general/variants.html

Parsing the config file and outputting a list of variants can be a bit complicated. I've never tried this before.

Will do this when I have time.
