Admin console link doesn't appear #55

When login in RPSP as admin, and if there's a problem with one of the tenants systems - there's a popup with a stacktrace. after closing the popup - there is no link to open the admin console in order to view or change the problematic system info

@shpboris should be solved when solving bug about RP4VM system not accessible
