what's weird was that i was able to get this to compile and install without any of the libjson / json-c components. maybe changes in the stemcell?

Thanks for the good work!

I'll have to test it out before I merge it (I once merged a commit without testing, and it was a complete disaster) (it may take a while—I'm thinking of building a Concourse-based testing service).

I'll test on CentOS, which is my stemcell of choice.

Thanks for closing, @jim80net , this one had dropped off my radar.

In retrospect I should have made you a collaborator & let you do merge your own PRs. Hope you're doing well wherever you are.
