Show the desktop top-level navigation bar on specific screensize #22

the client often complains that they get the mobile hamburger menu on their XPS 13 9310 1920 x 1200 laptop.

Can you please see if there is a way to get the top-level menu bar to render on such a small screen?

If not, just let me know the reasons why this would not be possible or not recommened and I can pass it on...

reduced mobile breakpoint to 1200 from 1320, hopefully that helps
