Remove sessions #49

Remove session dependence (closes https://github.com/cunningham-lab/neurocaas/issues/119)

proposal: What if we remove sessions altogether, and just tie instances to the particular analysis that somebody is using? Have more info around particular instances: name, description, launch date, lifetime, state, name. Can be like docker containers.
