CBOX header mouseover issue #196

I find that mousing over the CBOX header image opens a mouseover image with the words "Commons In A Box" that appears over the nav bar. Please see attached screenshot. Chrome/Mac.

@mkgold - I don't think this is a bug. Do you want the title removed from the header image?

No. The placement seems very odd to me, but I guess we can close.

If it's a matter of positioning, we could probably align the tooltip to the right of the logo.

Yes, that's the only issue. Bothered me that it appeared on top of the nav bar, obscuring text
