BP 2.6 breaks vertical sub-nav nesting #244

If you go to a member profile in BP < 2.6 (eg. cbox.org/members/mkgold), you'll see a nested sub-nav in the sidebar vertical menu.

In BP 2.6, due to the nav menu refactoring, the vertical sub-nav no longer shows up in cbox-theme. Instead, the subnav is shown in the horizontal menu in the main column.

Will see if it is possible to fix this up.
