AJAX filter links on BP widgets are overlapping titles #255

I'm unsure how this was originally supposed to work - it looks like the links were floated right, even though there'd never be enough room for them next to the header. We should just remove the float, because recent changes in BP have added an 'Alphabetical' sort order for groups, making it impossible to fit on one line.

This will be fixed in the 1.0.15 release of commons-in-a-box.
