Fix theme options page in admin area #276

The CBOX Theme Options page does not render properly in the latest version of WordPress.

Deregistering the jquery-migrate JS script fixes this issue. See also: #169, https://github.com/cuny-academic-commons/cbox-theme/pull/224#issuecomment-68378038 .
