Allow installing tags that are older than 30 versions #2

Currently the API call only returns 30 items. This precludes the older tags from showing up. This will postpone the need to rewrite till there are more than 100 versions available

Hi, I merged the request for @cfbarbero, which proposed the same modification. So I am going to closed pull request.
