Broken link in README under License section tfenv #22

There's a broken link on the README under the LICENSE section which refers to "tfenv : tfenv mainly uses tfenv's source code". The tfenv link points to a 404.

I'm not too sure where this should be pointing to. I'm guessing the link below is the correct location now.

@jlosito I recommend to you start to the new project of tgenv, there's this issue it was fixed.
