Create Homebrew formula #8

To ease adoption and installation on MacOS computers, it would be most helpful to be able to install tgenv via Homebrew (much like tfenv).

Consider publishing a Homebrew formula, either under homebrew-core, or even a separate tap.

Ah never mind, looks like there's a Homebrew formula for tgenv here: https://github.com/alextodicescu/homebrew-tgenv
