Notifications doesn't work with IrcCloud #24

Using https://irccloud.com/ site with firefox, there's no request for enabling 
the notifications. Maybe Firefox should implement something to show is 
supporting this feature.

However if you need an invitation for irccloud, to test it. I can send you one.

However, FYI I've manually added irccloud.com to the variable 
extensions.html5notifications.permissions and now the notifications work. So I 
guess that this extension should ask for permission to add a site also when it 
just get a notification.

Hi,

Indeed, the problem is that the website makes no request to enable 
notifications. The website might only check if you have chrome and then ask.
What I do (and what Chrome does) is throwing an exception if a notification is 
created and the website does not have the right to display notifications.
