Firefox 3.6.24 Supported? #31

Installed this on ff 3.6.24, gmail still says "browser does not support desktop 
notifications" is it supposed to work. 
(I recently downgraded ff because of reliability issues with current rapid-fire 
releases...)

Hi,
Unfortunatly, Firefox 3.6 is now obsolete and I will not support old versions 
for the moment.

Major companies tend to use browser's old versions, in order to avoid costs 
derived from keeping webapps cross-version compatible.
Company intranet users are forced to install the same browser version.

For example my company still uses ff 3.6.28 . 
Is there a way to convince you to extend support also to older versions?
