Feature request: Set notification display time #34

Hi,
I think it would be great if there was a possibility of setting for how many 
seconds the notification should be displayed (or whether it should disappear 
automatically at all).

For example, when leaving my computer for some time and then coming back, I'd 
still like to see that a new message in Gmail has arrived…

Hello,
The notification API says that the website can choose wether to close the 
notification or not. It's not part of the extension.
If you want such feature, maybe you should ask GMail.

OK, I take that. Sorry for this useless comment, I noticed the "will not 
support auto-close" message on the Project Home page too late. :-(
