Czech localisation offer #37

Hi Pascal,
I was wondering if you could use some help. As a professional translator 
(working on Google AdSense, AdWords, Microsoft and Autodesk software etc.), I'd 
like to offer you my help with this extension. If you find it useful to have 
the addon localised, please let me know where can I get the strings. I'd love 
to thank you this way :-)

Yes, the test version works great. The only glitch I can see is that the 
Permission column in settings is too narrow – the Czech text 
Povoleno/Zakázáno fits in very tightly.

Ok I will try to expand column width a little.

Btw, do you want to appear on the extension as a translator ? If so, please 
confirm your fullname !
