What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use an icon url that has a different origin as the html document

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Notification with icon shown.
Actual: Nothing shown.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firefox 13.0
HTML Notification 1.0.7
Fedora Linux 16 x86_64 KDE

I can confirm that notifications containing icons are problematic with Firefox 
13 under Linux (Ubuntu).
