Firefox: notifications do not overlay fullscreen-applications any more #64

Hello,

since Firefox version 13, the desktop notifications don't overlay 
fullscreen-Applications (Powerpoint, Videos,...) in windows anymore.
Do you have any idea, what firefox could have changed in version 13??
Any informations or hints would be appreciated very much!

I've also reported this issue previously here:

Unfortunately the problem is still persistent. 
I'd also love to find a solution for this.
