Notification will disappear (auto-close) on FF18 #65

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install FF18
2. Trigger a notification
3. The notification disappears after about 2 seconds

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- According to the "Will not" section auto-close should not be supported (or at
least not the default mode?)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- FF18 with HTML5 Notifications 1.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi,
This is due to a lack of newer firefox version support.
Please try beta channel version :
https://addons.mozilla.org/fr/firefox/addon/html-notifications/#beta-channel
Thanks,
Cyril

Hi,

I have also tested the 1.2a1 developer channel version also and I also still
have the same problem. Thanks for looking into this!

I have tested the FF19 release and see the same behaviour with the developer
channel version.

Hello Cyril, I was wondering if you expect that this can/will be solved?

Hi,
On which platform are you ? If Windows, I will check it soon because I thought
it had been fixed.
