simple golang server setup #2

user story: We want our IPFS gateway to be easy to clone. A user should be able clone this repo, and run a single command to have a little server up and running.

Description: An easy to run http server running go. With the outline ready for handling simple requests.

Acceptance criteria: Create the outline of a simple server using go. Should be able to handle basic GET request and serve an empty html file.

Ideally localhost will be hosted at something like gateway.storj.io later

Basically a simple GET api which handles requests like localhost:443/ipfs/abcd1234efgh5678

First step of this is just receiving request, acknowledging with a 200, and console.log(key)
