Feature: Direct messages #2

DMs are messages sent between two specific users. A user should also be able to see all of their DMs and filter the list based on whom they are communicating with. For security and privacy reasons, a user should only be able to see their DMs.

Initial discussion with product outlines the following basic requirements:

[x] Have a user
[x] Have some sort of "message" linked between 2, and only 2, users
[ ] Add API endpoints to support basic CRUD of DMs

Per product, the API needs to have the following defaults for indexes:
- [ ] Filter by last 30 days
- [ ] Limit messages 100 per response
