Publish autorestic to Copr, Fedora’s User Repository #67

With autorestic available on Homebrew for Mac users and AUR for Linux desktop people running Arch and Manjaro it's still missing on Fedora. Would be awesome if autorestic was available on Copr, Fedora’s User Repository as well.

Here's the official docs on how to do it: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/publish-rpm-on-copr/ Looks a bit more complicated than Homebrew but maybe someone can help?
