We want to support all major NUOPC API methods. Does not have to 100% coverage, but we should support what's in the prototypes.

Driver/Model APIs added for NRL. Still need to add Mediator/Connector support.

Mediators are in there now. Writing custom connectors is rare now, so this is not a high priority.
