Create installation instructions on CoG #6

Improved Eclipse installation instructions for Windows, Linux, and Mac could be placed on CoG with screenshots. There are currently some installation instructions in the tutorial PDF, although it is not broken down by OS. Suggested by Sylvia.

I suggest leaving the tutorial in place, but adding a "Quick Start" page to Cupid describing the installation and basic usage.

Installation instructions are now on CoG: https://www.earthsystemcog.org/projects/cupid/installation

They need to be removed from the tutorial and replaced with the above link.
