Add support for HPC platforms #7

Add support so that Cupid can work with traditional (non-cloud-based) platforms, e.g., NASA/Discover, etc. This was mentioned at ESMF Board Meeting, June 2014.

This is primarily being addressed by providing documentation on how to set up specific models on specific platforms. https://earthsystemcog.org/projects/cupid/cupid_setup

The user guide ( #24 ) should address general instructions for setting up your Eclipse environment. The setup table above should only have any custom steps necessary for particular platforms if any. We need to reduce platform specific docs to make it maintainable.
