tv guide shows 'seconds timer bar' when opening the extra menu on the left side

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open tv guide
2. Press left to open the extra menu and it will show you some kind of timer 
bar with several seconds interval you can change in the middle of the screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
shows you some kind of timer bar with several seconds interval you can change 
in the middle of the screen. I expect nothing to see

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
mq3, dharma, win7
