Integration of Android Monkey Exeriser with AutoTracer. You can now choose between running apps with robotium scripts and/or monkey tester. Monkey traces will be found in a subfolder 'monkeyTraces' located in output folders designated for each app.

Will merge this with develop if no veto.

Basically refitted the monkey to generate longer and more sensible traces.
