Send Deployment to Musedev

Tasks to complete before monday meeting:

• [x] sergio: find container to run service and push to dockerhub
• [x] shawn: add sergio to dockerhub org
• [x] shawn: test that our script works in their docker container
• [x] have demo to walk through

Minor points to clarify:

• output file in the toolnote: what format is it? We output a link to github now
• input: where do we get the github url? We use that to organize our graphs and to create the file path in the github format). We could change our interface, but it would give some problem in the long run (e.g., as soon as we want to use the graphs for learning).
