Removing redundant theme and assets files

Goal

Make theme.ts exportable from @cura/components and import it to frontend so we have to edit just one file to change the theme

Steps

• [x] rename public folder to assets because it makes more sense
• [ ] move theme.ts inside /src. So when building the folder structure of /dist stays the same
• [ ] add script to package.json for copying assets to dist folder
• [ ] make theme.ts exportable from @cura/components
• [ ] import theme from @cura/components in frontend/theme.ts
• [ ] make sure everything is working fine and improvise
