Placeholder for Create page #89

Currently, in the Create page of a project (for example https://cura.run/cc/aprts/create) if no design has been generated there is nothing:

cura run_cc_aprts_create

compared to when the design has been generated: cura run_cc_aprts_create (1)

For consistency, it would be better to have an empty canvas (where iframe) or black background (where image), so even when there is no design to show (cause user just accessed the page) the structure of the page is already there.
