Modal buttons are not correct style #56

Describe the bug The buttons on the modal after editing an application have the same color bg as the modal itself

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Edit and submit an application
  2. See error

Expected behavior Buttons have a background color thats different than modal bg
