Toast sync error messages provide no actionable information for the user.

Instead of giving the user a toast that says "Dropbox sync error: 3" when a step in the sync fails, it'd be better to put something like "Sync error (D3). Try again." D in the error message stands for dropbox and 3 would be a number we can trace back for troubleshooting.
