The rails database created in postgresql on a machine recently built with this ansible repo had the postgres user as its owner rather than the hydra/samvera user. This does not interfere with migrating the database or using it, so I'm not sure how much of a problem it is. But it wasn't what I expected, so I'd like to run through the ramifications.
