read the ARK from the MODS file, use it as the ID #97

We require some sample mods files from UCSB. It should be read from

<mods:identifier type="ark">

Checked with Chrissy and the Omeka collections and images do not currently have ARKs assigned. Need to generate new ID on create / ingest - see #100.
